I would like to be the next new business that provides golf swing analysis and golf club fitting. In order to get my business out there I could use social media. I could use Facebook or Twitter. I could use social media to get feedback on customer experience.
In order to be successful I would have to use a ton of technology. All of the software would be very important. Making sure all the numbers are correct when helping someone improve there golf swing is important. I would use a main software that I could send all of the specifications and data off to the lab so that a golf club could be made.
Although there are many businesses out there already mine would be different. I will make the customer feel special and part of the whole process. Being able to see launch angles and ball speed and lie and loft of golf club are very important.
Years ago i think nokia had a phone that would actually analyze your golf swing for you. It was an interesting idea. I know that paying for lessons is really expensive, i think that there would be a great model in there that instead of a traditional driving range, you could have a series of stations where rather than just hitting a bucket of balls, a person could really work on their swing. One of the most beneficial things for me was seeing video of how i was moving through the swing. There are a ton of opportunities out there and knowing golfers, they are willing to do a lot to shave a few strokes off of their game.
ReplyDeleteYour idea seems like it will benefit many golfers out there. I know while people are golfing they want things to be easy so having something on the club or a phone app will help them analyze their golf swings. I don't know how you would make the golf fittings idea work, but having some sort of software that analyzes the clubs special for the golfer would be cool, and is something that would be more convenient. I think that convenience is what people pay for and with the use of technology that you are emphasizing your idea will be a success.
